30 Minute Total Body Weights & Cardio Workout
Got 30 minutes? Burn Calories, Build Muscle, Tone Core. Minimal space and equipment. One or two sets of dumbbells and a stability ball, bench or chair is all you need. Don't forget your water - you'll need it! This workout combines cardio intervals with straight forward weight exercises to give you the most bang for your buck in the least amount of time possible.
After Workout Total Body Stretch
Here's a quick 13 minute total body stretch to do either on its' own or after your workout. This is great for after a Boot Camp class, a weighted work out or a walk or jog. No fancy yoga poses, just straight forward stretching from head to toe.
